Hilary Duff not in a hurry to lose the baby weight, addresses her critics: Im not perfect but I feel fantastic
Duff: "I'm not back to where I want to be, but I'm not stressing it.
Hilary Duff hasnt gotten her pre-baby body back, but its something shes not stressing about.
The 24-year-old actress, who gave birth to her son Luca in March, has admitted that she puts pressure on herself to lose the weight. However, while shes working hard and attending pilates and yoga classes in order to lose the baby weight, shes in no hurry to melt off the pounds.
She has gotten criticisms for not slimming down right away, but she has addressed all of her critics with fighting words.
I'm not perfect, but I feel fantastic, Hilary said, according to The Daily Mail. This is how it goes for most women - the weight doesn't fall off overnight.
The former Lizzie Maguire actress recently revealed her bikini body during a trip to Mexico. While some made comments about her post-baby body, Hilary is trying not to let the harsh words bother her.
Say it to my face, she dared, adding; I don't care what people say. I'm not back to where I want to be, but I'm not stressing it.
Duff says the people who matter most love her new body.
Her husband Mike Comrie doesnt care that she has a little bit of extra weight. Even during my pregnancy he thought I was beautiful.
Right now, Hilary is just enjoying being a first-time mother.
'[Luca is] the only person I want to hang out with, she said.
