Duff gets sparrow tattoo

Los Angeles, Oct 31 (IANS) Actress Hilary Duff has got a new tattoo -- a small sparrow with the words 'Stand by me' written underneath it. Duff already has several pieces of body art. She got her latest inkling at the Shamrock Social Club here, reports eonline.com. Duff tweeted an Instagram picture of herself getting inked. The artist who gave Duff her new tattoo later tweeted a shot of his work, and posted: "Thanks again @hilaryduff."

Flocks of famous faces stepped out Friday night for a Halloween bash in Beverly Hills hosted by Mike Meldman, including cute couple Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie, who dressed as creepy skeletons in tribute to Dia de los Muertos, the Mexican Day of the Dead. Us Weekly reports that the first-time parents left 7-month-old son Luca at home with a babysitter to enjoy their night of grown-up fun. Duff tweeted just before heading out, Yaaaaa! Day of the dead crazy! Thanks @startupchime, along with a pic of her eerie, artistic face paint. Among other attendees were Seal along with a mystery woman Emma Roberts, who dressed her famous Aunt Julia, Paris Hilton, model Rose Huntington-Whitely, Ryan Seacrest and girlfriend Julianne Hough, Cindy Crawford, and Dax Shepard with fiance Kristen Bell. Former Disney star, Hilary Duff, may have given birth to son Luca Cruz with husband Mike Comrie - in her early twenties, but that doesnt mean she has any regrets. In fact, the proud mother said shes glad that she is having this experience at this time in her life. People reports that Duff chatted with Parents magazine about being a young mom and the possibility of more babies in the future. I dont have a lot of people my age who have babies. So Im at a totally different spot than a lot of my friends, Duff said. I dont really know what the alternative is. I do have a lot of energy, I feel great, and I had a really easy pregnancy. Hilary Duff has said that she has no regrets about being a young mum. The 25-year-old Lizzie McGuire star welcomed son Luca Cruz Comrie with husband Mike Comrie in March. The 25-year-old, who gave birth to Luca in March this year, shot to fame as a youngster playing the title role in Disney teen sitcom " Lizzie MCGuire ". "I'd say, 'Are you sure?' (if my son wanted to act). My sister and I said that same thing to my mom, and she encouraged us. I'm so happy she did, and I would not change my life for anything.
