Hilary Duff Gives Birth to Baby Boy

Hilary Duff is officially a mommy! The 24-year-old singer/actress and her husband, retired hockey player Mike Comrie, welcomed a son they named Luca Cruz last Tuesday (Mar 20).

On Thursday (Mar 22) Duff confirmed the news via her Twitter page:

She continued, We are overjoyed and feel like the luckiest parents in the world. He is surrounded by so much love!! Mom and baby are both doing extremely well.

The next day (Fri. Mar 23), the new mom once again took to her Twitter to gush about her newborn son:

Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie first announced they were expecting a child last August around the couples first wedding anniversary.
