Hilary Duff: Breastfeeding Is "Challenging, but Wonderful"

Hilary Duff is up for each and every challenge that being a new mother offers her -- including the highs and lows of nursing her son, Luca, 4 weeks.

"I'm breastfeeding now so that's a really wonderful experience -- challenging but wonderful," the new mom, who recently joined forces with the Johnson's Baby Cares campaign in support of Save the Children, told Us Weekly Tuesday. My favorite thing is feeling that incredible amount of love when you meet your baby and you wake up the next morning and you think, 'Wow!'"

Between breastfeeding and her spin classes at SoulCycle, Duff, 24, is sure to burn off some of the baby weight in no time.

"I just started about a week ago at SoulCycle and I'm addicted to it," she tells Us about her newfound fitness obsession. "It's a great workout and it's perfect because it's only forty-five minutes -- where else can you sweat like that in forty-five minutes?" Still, Duff admits she's not going to extremes to slim down.

"I'm not stressing about it. I'm working out because I honestly missed it during my pregnancy - getting in that good, hard workout. I need endorphins in my life to be a happy person. I want my body back but I'm not freaked out or anything -- just working out and trying to eat a little bit healthier."

The Lizzie McGuire star added that her husband Mike Comrie, who shares her love for SoulCylce, is also an amazing, hands-on dad.

"He's a natural, which is exciting for me because you take as much help as you can get. For example, I'll be feeding [Luca] and he'll pop in and say, 'Hey, I can change the diaper.' He's a great dad."
