Hilary Duff Pregnant: Fans Tweet About the End of Childhood

24-year-old Hilary Duff and hockey playing hubby Mike Comrie celebrated their first wedding anniversary together this past weekend. The former "Lizzie McGuire" star recently announced her pregnancy on her blog saying, "I can't believe it has already been a year, time really flies when you're having fun! We also want to share the exciting news that -- BABY MAKES THREE!! We are extremely happy and ready to start this new chapter in our lives."

Duff met the Edmonton Oilers star in 2009. In the past Duff! has dis cussed her love for her husband. "[Comrie's] a great guy. I've never met anyone who could say a bad word about him. He's generous, caring, funny. We just laugh our heads off, which I need in my life.He's unique. I wouldn't want to be with someone who wasn't unique," she said.

Just days before officially announcing the pregnancy Duff told USmagazine.com at an event, "We both love kids and we're really excited. It was a big deal for us because we had a year to be married.""

Everyone is extremely happy for Duff's first child but some fans are saddened, tweeting about how Hilary Duff's first child is a sign their childhood is finally over.
